Tvardi Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TVRD) announced the publication of preclinical data in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, highlighting the efficacy of its STAT3 inhibitor, TTI-101, in a chronic colitis model. The data demonstrated that the oral small molecule achieved approximately 8-fold higher concentrations in the colon compared to plasma, effectively modulating disease biology associated with ulcerative colitis (UC).
