United Airlines and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA have reached a tentative agreement that, if ratified, will provide significant benefits for 30,000 flight attendants, including wages up to $100 per hour and a total of $740 million in bonuses. The agreement also features improved scheduling and additional pay for long gaps between flights. The deal is pending approval from the AFA's Master Executive Council and, if ratified, will be amendable after five years.
