Vinci Compass Announces Acquisition of AustralRe to Launch Permanent Capital Solutions

Vinci Compass Investments Ltd. has announced an agreement to acquire 100% of AustralRe for an estimated R$336 million, which is priced at 1.0x tangible book value. The deal will involve approximately R$247 million in cash and 1.7 million new Class A common shares of Vinci Compass. This acquisition aims to launch the Vinci Permanent Capital Solutions business, expected to enhance growth in fee-earning assets under management and be immediately accretive to distributable earnings per share on a double-digit basis. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2027, pending regulatory approvals.
