Volex plc Completes £20 Million Share Buyback Programme

Volex plc has completed its £20 million share buyback programme, which began on 7 April 2026 and was amended on 14 July 2026. The company repurchased 3,683,164 ordinary shares at an average price of approximately 543.01 pence per share. After the cancellation of these shares, Volex's issued share capital now consists of 181,892,509 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury.
