Vox Royalty Acquires Royalty On Sorby Hills Silver-Lead Project For $13M

Vox Royalty Corp. has announced the acquisition of a 0.75% net smelter return royalty on the Sorby Hills silver-lead project in Western Australia for $13 million. The transaction will be executed by its subsidiary, Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd., and is subject to customary conditions and Foreign Investment Review Board approval in Australia. Completion of the deal is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026. Sorby Hills is fully owned by Boab Metals Limited.
