TD Cowen Downgrades Varonis Systems to Hold, Lowers Price Target to $49.75

TD Cowen analyst Shaul Eyal has downgraded Varonis Systems (NASDAQ: VRNS) from a Buy rating to Hold. The price target for the stock has also been reduced from $56 to $49.75.
