Vertex Pharmaceuticals Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Revenue Guidance

Vertex Pharmaceuticals reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.44 billion, up 12% year over year, driven by its cystic fibrosis franchise and contributions from CASGEVY, JOURNAVX, and PALSONIFY. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $13.15 billion–$13.25 billion.
