Weave Communications Clears HSR Antitrust Review, Francisco Partners Deal Expected To Close In Q4 2026

Weave Communications, Inc. has cleared the HSR antitrust review for its merger with Willow Parent, LLC, an affiliate of Francisco Partners Management, L.P. The merger agreement, announced on August 18, 2026, will result in Weave becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. The merger is expected to close in Q4 2026, pending customary closing conditions, including stockholder approval.
