Workiva Inc. Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Provides Guidance

Workiva reported Q3 2026 revenue of $263.0 million, above the $261.4 million FactSet estimate, while adjusted EPS of $0.72 missed the $0.80 estimate. Subscription revenue rose 17% year over year to $246 million, and the non-GAAP operating margin expanded 560 basis points to 18.3%. For Q4, Workiva expects revenue of $275 million to $278 million and adjusted EPS of $0.78 to $0.80; it reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $1.041 billion to $1.044 billion.
