Advanced Drainage Systems To Acquire Stormwater Solutions Provider StormTrap Investments For ~$530M, Or ~$450M Adjusted For Expected Tax Benefits; Sees Deal Adjusted EPS Accretive From Year One

Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) has announced its acquisition of StormTrap Investments for approximately $530 million, or about $450 million when adjusted for expected tax benefits. The deal is projected to be accretive to adjusted EPS from the first year and aims to expand ADS's product portfolio in the stormwater management sector, enhancing market opportunities and customer offerings. StormTrap generated around $165 million in revenue and $40 million in adjusted EBITDA over the last twelve months, and the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
