Westwater Resources Says SK On Terminates Products Procurement Agreement With Westwater Resources On March 31, 2026

Westwater Resources, Inc. announced that SK On Co., Ltd. has terminated the Products Procurement Agreement effective March 31, 2026, which was originally signed in February 2024 for the purchase of graphite from the Kellyton Graphite Plant. Despite this setback, Westwater's CEO stated that the company remains focused on advancing its projects and construction at Kellyton, expecting to begin initial production of battery-grade graphite within approximately 12 months after securing remaining project financing. SK On has expressed interest in considering future agreements under updated terms.
