Zillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: Z) has announced the launch of Zillow PreviewSM, a new product that will make pre-market home listings publicly visible on Zillow and Trulia. This initiative aims to counteract the trend of some real estate brokerages hiding listings in private networks, enhancing transparency for consumers. The service will begin next month with partnerships from major brokerages including Keller Williams and REMAX, allowing exclusive access to these listings on Zillow and affiliated sites.
